The Stern Group also includes its own house factory, which is a central part of our operations.
By centralizing production internally, we maintain full control over the entire
manufacturing process, from material selection to the finished residence.
This enables us to consistently uphold quality at every stage. The factory has a
production capacity of approximately 15 houses per month and is structured to facilitate both
efficiency and precision. With clear routines, continuous self-inspections, and
documentation, we ensure that every house meets the standard we represent.
Our strength lies in combining industrial precision with a clear focus on quality.
By consolidating expertise, production, and quality assurance under one roof, we can deliver homes that are well-conceived, sustainable, and built to last.
